It’s almost 4 am. And I still can’t sleep ! I have to go to university early morning tomorrow and I’m so tired already.. but I CAN’T SLEEP >_<
I thought I get rid of my insomnia problem for ever, but now I realize that it comes occasionally at this time of every year ! how weird is that !! its annoying me and make me tired for all day , sometimes I think of taking pills but I don’t want to go to this way..
Anyway usually when I cant sleep I do these thing, not to make me able to sleep , but to make me lose the feeling of time :S
1st : calling my friend, and if I don’t get an answer from the first time I give up
2nd : reading a book , Qur’an mostly..
3rd : arranging my messy room, which always turn out to be a bad idea.. cause there are a lot of mess in here
4th: go online for searching , chatting , blogging, reading blogs…etc
5th: watching a movie on my laptop
At some point –rarely- I get sleepy and hardly go to sleep, of course after it’s too late.. and I usually get 2 or 1 hour of sleeping
